Accrued Revenue

Revenue earned but not yet billed or collected. For example, consulting services provided in December but invoiced in January. Recognized under accrual accounting.

Owner’s Capital

In sole proprietorships, this represents the owner’s initial and ongoing contributions. It reflects investment and retained profits. Balances with drawings or withdrawals.

Return on Equity (ROE)
